1. Manuscript Submission

  • Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX formats. Ensure the text is formatted in a single-column, 12-point Times New Roman font, with 1.5-line spacing.
  • Length: Research papers should be between 3,000–12,000 words. Book chapters and books should adhere to the following guidelines:
    • Book Chapters: 5,000–10,000 words.
    • Books: No word limit but must be approved through a pre-submission inquiry.
  • Figures and Tables: All figures, tables, and images should be submitted in high resolution (300 dpi minimum) and appropriately captioned. Embed them within the text and also upload them separately.

2. Originality and Plagiarism

  • All submissions must be original work that has not been published or under consideration elsewhere.
  • Authors must ensure their submissions are free of plagiarism, and citations should be accurate and properly referenced.
  • We use plagiarism detection software to screen all manuscripts. Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

3. Structure of Research Papers

  • Title Page: The title should be concise and descriptive, followed by author names, affiliations, and contact information (email).
  • Abstract: A structured abstract of 250–300 words summarizing the research objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusion.
  • Keywords: Provide 4–6 relevant keywords to help index your paper.
  • Introduction: Clearly state the problem, research question, and objectives in 500–700 words.
  • Methodology: Explain the approach, tools, and techniques used for conducting the research.
  • Results: Present the key findings of your research.
  • Discussion and Conclusion: Discuss the implications of your results and their relevance to the field.
  • References: Use a consistent citation style (APA). Ensure all references are properly cited within the text.

4. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest level of scholarly integrity.
  • Authors may be asked to make revisions based on the reviewers' comments.
  • The typical review process takes 3–5 days.

5. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must adhere to the highest ethical standards, including proper authorship attribution, disclosing potential conflicts of interest, and ensuring the ethical treatment of research subjects.
  • If human or animal subjects are involved, authors must include documentation of ethics approval from their institution.

6. Licensing and Open Access

  • Authors can choose between publishing their work under a Creative Commons license for open access or opting for a traditional subscription-based model.
  • Open access ensures your research reaches a broader audience, promoting knowledge dissemination.

7. Post-Acceptance

  • Once accepted, manuscripts will be formatted and proofread by our editorial team.
  • Authors will receive proofs for review and approval prior to final publication.
  • Full books will be assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) to ensure permanence and easy citation. Individual articles will not be assigned a DOI.

8. Publication Fees

Xplore Publication is dedicated to making academic research widely available. We have a transparent publication fee structure, which varies depending on the type of submission (research papers, book chapters, or books).
